PWDR DAYS brings strangers together from across the globe to share one alpine chalet for an unforgettable week. To ensure everyone feels safe, respected, and included, all participants agree to abide by these guidelines.
1. Core Principles of Respect & Empathy
1.1 The Golden Rule
Treat every participant, organizer, and local resident with warmth, kindness, and empathy. Treat others the way you would like to be treated yourself.
1.2 Respectful Communication
Keep all group interactions, chalet conversations, and WhatsApp messages respectful. Personal attacks, insults, or targeted aggression will not be tolerated.
1.3 Active Consent
All personal interactions require mutual consent. Unwanted physical contact, persistent unwanted attention, or intrusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
2. Inclusion & Community Guidelines
2.1 Zero Tolerance for Discrimination
PWDR DAYS is an inclusive community. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, political extremism, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate removal from the trip.
2.2 Shared English Language
To maintain an open environment where nobody feels excluded in communal areas, all group conversations and announcements are held in English.
3. Privacy & Media Respect
3.1 Personal Boundaries & Media Consent
Always ask before photographing or filming fellow participants. Ensure you have explicit permission before posting images of others to social media platforms.
3.2 Confidentiality of Personal Data
Never share another participant’s contact information, home address, or personal data without their direct consent.
4. Mountain Safety & Chalet Rules
4.1 Slope Safety & Responsibility
Ride responsibly on slopes and terrain parks. Do not endanger yourself, mountain staff, or other skiers. Wearing a helmet is mandatory during group slope events.
4.2 Chalet Care & Cleanliness
Treat the accommodation, furniture, and kitchen equipment with care. Participations in daily cooking and cleaning shifts is required. Any property damage must be reported immediately and paid for by the responsible person.

5.1 Organizer Support
If you experience harassment, feel unsafe, or observe a violation of this Code of Conduct, speak directly to an organizer (Chris, Moni, Reece, Oli, or Anna-Lena). All concerns are handled with discretion and immediate action.
